Great opportunity to join one of the world’s largest nonprofit business organizations as the Executive Director Finance. The position of Executive Director Finance oversees the financial operations in one of the organization’s $60 million subsidiaries. The primary responsibilities will include annual budget development, monthly financial reporting, reforecasts to year end on a monthly basis, internal controls, vendor contract negotiation and management, and incurred costs. You will resolve budget variances and issues surrounding vendors, allocations of funds across projects and funding in general. You will be an advisor and counselor to the President of the subsidiary and the CFO of the parent organization in particular on matters pertaining to financial and budget performance. You will maintain financial oversight of project managers and keep them informed as to budget performance and assist with all financial matters. As the financial controller of the subsidiary you will act as a business manager, financial planner, and advisor and provide overall management as necessary.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
7-10 years demonstrated progressive financial leadership experience in corporate/public accounting with a significant contract management component
MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:
Bachelors in Finance, accounting or related field, Advanced degree a plus
CPA required

$130K to $160K
